The Souvenirs

Good Wednesday everyone and a very Good Morning bloggers :)
Something to share today, my souvenirs all the way from Taiwan and i'm loving it. Special thanks to my elder sister, Christer who never forget to get me something even she is broke :)

I appreaciate it whenever you travel, you will never forget to get us souvenirs and this time, even you are broke (Really?), you still get me my Hello Kitty and all in pink. Arigatosssss, Lovessssss :)

P/S : Remember you said will get me more during your next trip. I'm waiting for it.

Happy Deepavali

Deepavali post for today. Wishes all my Indian friends "Happy Deepavali with your love one and family". How's your Deepavali and never forgotten its Public Holiday, yeahuuu. For me, i had an Indian food as my dinner at Palace D' India. Nice place to recommended to you all, as the environment is nice. Service wise will be rated as moderate 5/0 maybe :( and the price is a little bit expensive that those restaurant at Little India. Food there is nice especially the Sizzling Mutton with Medium Spicy i had. But still, for indian cuisine i prefer The Karaikuni located at the Little India.

Nice environment and there's live band there as well.


We choose Briyani Rice instead of bread and plain rice.

Meal of Tuesday

Hello everyone, how are you doing? Today, i gonna share the meal that i cooked yesterday. Just a simple one that everyone knows, Menu of the day : ABC Soup, Stir-Fried Clam with Tau Cheong, Stir-Fried Lady Finger with Garlic and Chicken Curry.

 1. ABC Soup
1.Prepare all the ingredients as above (Serve for 2pax)

2. Put all the ingredients into the slow cooker.

3. Set to "High" and let it boul for 2hours then set "Low".
Ready to serve and add salt to taste.















2. Stir-Fried Lady Finger with Garlic.
1. Prepare all the ingredients as above.
2. Heat the wok and add 1tbsp oil.
3. Fried the garlic till golden brown, add in the fish cake.
4. Add the red chilli.
5. Add in the lady fingers.
6. Add salt to taste.
7. Ready to serve.























3. Stir-Fried Clams with Tau Cheong.
1. Prepare all the ingredients above.

2. Soak clams in salt water for few minutes.
3. Heat the wok and add 1tbsp oil.
4. Fried the garlic, ginger and the chilli.
5. Add in the clams and add 1tbsp tau cheong.
6. Ready to serve once the clams is open.

4. Chicken Curry
1. Prepare these ingredients and also some curry leaves.
2. Prepare 500g chicken breast and cut into small chunks.
3. Heat the wok and add 1tbsp oil.
4. Fried the onion and add in the chicken.
5. Fried till the chicken almost cook.
6. Add in the potatoes and fried together.
7. Add the curry paste and add a bowl of water.
8. Simmer for 30minutes, add coconut milk and the curry leaves.
9. Ready to serve.




















Da Dang, my meal of the day. Sounds easy right? Try it.

Lovely Weekend

I have neglected my blog for almost more than a year, and i guess its time for me to blog back as i am too free nowadays. In our life, there's always ups and downs for us to go through, couldnt recall back how i have gone through this whole year. So lets just skip the previous part and begin with this month, Hello November :)

We had our lovely breakfast at one Chinese-Western Restaurant just beside to the Hard Rock Hotel, couldnt remember the name of the restaurant. Overall rated for the restaurant is 8/10. It just that need to wait for sometimes for the food because there is only one chinese aunty working for everything. Scroll down to see what we had! ..

First Post : Soup of Monday

Here we go, the first post i gonna blog is Soup of Monday that i have boiled - Lotus Root Soup with Carrots. Are you a soup lover? I am and guess my whole family loves to drink soup. For me, for every meal i wish to have a bowl of soup together then i will have more appetite :)

Let me share with you how i prepare my Lotus Root Soup with Carrots.

First of all, prepare these ingredients :-
1 sections of Lotus Root
1 carrot, peeled and cut into small chunks
5 dried red dates, cut into half
some wolfberry fruits
3 dried scallop
100g pork ribs
3 bowls of water
salt to taste
